The EasyPro FBL48 ECO-Series Lightweight Basin is a 48" (122 cm) wide fountain or pondless feature basin with an integrated bench grating designed to support boulders, decorative stone, and millstones. The lightweight construction makes it easier to handle during installation than traditional heavy-gauge basins, while the bench-style grating perimeter provides stable support for feature elements placed around the basin edge.

Easier Handling, Solid Boulder Support

The bench grating design extends a support ledge around the inner perimeter of the basin, allowing larger boulders and feature stones to be positioned around the edge without bridging unsupported spans. This is particularly useful for naturalistic boulder fountain builds where stones sit around the outer perimeter of the water feature. The lightweight body reduces installation effort without sacrificing basin strength or capacity.

How to Install

Excavate to the basin diameter and depth. Level the basin in the excavation. Place the pump inside the basin and route the discharge to your fountain head or feature outlet. Set decorative boulders on the bench grating perimeter and arrange feature elements. Fill the basin to operating level. Top up periodically as evaporation occurs during warm summer months.
