Airmax KoiAir Self-Weighted Diffuser Set, 2 Sticks
Most diffuser sets require anchoring to the pond bottom with rocks or weights. This self-weighted diffuser set sinks on its own and stays in position without additional ballast, making it easier to place in bare-bottom ponds, lined ponds, or any installation where you want to avoid disturbing the substrate. Each stick disperses air into fine micro-bubbles that maximize oxygen transfer into the water column. Compatible with KoiAir KA20 and KA40 aerators.

Installation
Connect airline tubing to each diffuser inlet fitting before submerging. Place each stick in the deepest areas of your pond, where cold, oxygen-depleted water collects. The self-weighted base holds position without rocks. If aeration zones need to change, the sticks lift out and reposition easily without disturbing the pond floor. Replace diffuser membranes when bubble output decreases noticeably or distribution becomes uneven.
Ideal for koi ponds where ease of placement and repositioning is important, and for bare-bottom or finely lined ponds where substrate anchoring is not practical.
