Replacement UVC Lamp for Aqua UV 200W Clarifiers
The 200W SL lamp delivers double the UV output of 100W systems. At this wattage, the Aqua UV clarifier can manage the algae load of large ponds, high-density koi systems, and water features with significant organic input from fish. When output drops below effective levels after 14 months of operation, this OEM replacement restores full clarification capacity. Most large ponds clear within 3 to 5 days of a fresh lamp installation.

When to Replace
Replace annually at spring startup. For ponds with heavy fish loads where green water comes back fast, replace at the first sign of recurring algae. The lamp output degrades invisibly over its lifespan — a lamp that glows can still be operating at 50% of rated UV output.
Installation
Remove power from the clarifier before opening the housing. Unscrew the twist-cap, slide the old lamp out, and seat the new SL 200W lamp. Secure the housing cover and restore power. Allow 2 to 3 minutes before resuming water circulation. Keep a spare lamp on hand so the clarifier is never offline during peak summer when algae pressure is highest.
