Aquascape Rock Pad Slings make lifting and placing large rocks in pond or pondless waterfall installations faster and safer. Each sling is a 3' x 5' (0.9 m x 1.5 m) panel of heavy-duty geotextile fabric with reinforced handles, sized for boulders and mid-size feature rocks. The 10-pack keeps a full crew supplied through a multi-day installation without running out.

Why They Matter

Moving wet, algae-covered rock by hand is a primary source of back and hand injuries on water feature installations. Slings distribute the weight evenly across a rigid base, give you handles that won't slip, and let two people share a load that one person could not safely carry alone. They also protect the pond liner from sharp edges during placement, which matters on installations where the liner is already set.

How to Use

Lay the sling flat and roll the rock onto the center of the panel. Gather the handles on both sides, coordinate with a partner, and lift together. Position over the target location and lower the rock while keeping the sling taut to control placement. Slide the sling out from under the placed rock by pulling one side. Rinse and reuse; the geotextile handles repeated use without degrading.
