Factory Replacement Impeller for the SLD 2000-5000 Adjustable Flow Pump
The Aquascape Impeller for SLD 2000-5000 is an OEM replacement rotor for Aquascape's Smart Logic Drive 2000-5000 GPH adjustable flow pond pump. When the impeller is worn, chipped, or clogged with debris that has passed the intake screen, pump output drops below rated flow and cannot be recovered by adjusting the flow setting. Replacing the impeller with this factory-specification part restores the pump to its full rated range.
Restore Full Adjustable Flow Without Replacing the Pump
The SLD 2000-5000 uses a precision-moulded impeller designed to specific blade pitch and clearance tolerances for its electronic drive system. Using a non-OEM impeller risks mismatched clearances that produce vibration, reduced efficiency, or strain on the motor. This factory impeller fits without modification and works across the full 2,000 to 5,000 GPH operating range the pump is rated for.

How to Use
Unplug the pump before any disassembly. Open the pump casing according to the SLD 2000-5000 service guide. Remove the old impeller by pulling it straight off the motor shaft; note the orientation of the impeller blades before removal. Seat the new impeller fully onto the shaft until it clicks or seats against the housing stop. Reassemble the casing and run the pump submerged before testing the full flow range.
