How to Use

Shut down the pump and close any valves before opening union connections. Unthread the union ring, separate the two halves, and remove the old gasket from the groove. Clean the groove and mating face of any mineral deposits or old sealant. Press the new gasket into the groove, reassemble the union, and hand-tighten the ring. Restart the pump and check for leaks. Inspect and replace gaskets annually at spring startup as preventive maintenance.
