Large Pondless Waterfall Reservoir

The Atlantic Water Gardens custom 108 × 48 × 42-inch flexible basin is a commercial-scale underground water reservoir purpose-built for large pondless waterfall and disappearing water feature installations. Measuring 108 inches (274 cm) wide, 48 inches (122 cm) deep, and 42 inches (107 cm) high, this basin holds an exceptional water volume — sufficient for wide rock waterfall faces, multi-outlet stream systems, and high-flow commercial landscape installations where a standard residential basin would be undersized.

Construction & Flexibility

The grey flexible basin is manufactured from durable, UV-stabilised polyethylene that conforms to minor irregularities in the excavated cavity without cracking. Unlike rigid fibreglass basins, the flexible walls tolerate freeze-thaw ground movement, making this product particularly appropriate for Canadian climate installations where ground heave is a seasonal reality. The consistent grey colour blends with soil and gravel backfill, providing a neutral, unobtrusive appearance in the installed reservoir.

Applications

Ideal for wide commercial rock waterfall installations, large pondless stream features, resort and park water features, and custom residential installations where the waterfall or stream width exceeds 4 feet. Requires pump vault, liner, Eco-Blox matrix or gravel fill, and a pump rated for the intended flow (all sold separately).
