At 7,650 GPH, the TT7500 is among the highest-capacity pumps in the TidalWave3 lineup. Its impeller must withstand constant high-speed operation at 520W. Blade erosion, mineral scale, or physical damage can substantially reduce output. How to Replace
Remove the TT7500 from the pond and disconnect power. Open the volute cover by rotating counter-clockwise. Swap out the worn impeller, seat the new one firmly, and reinstall the volute. Check that the impeller rotates freely before returning the pump to service. Inspect at every spring startup and replace as needed to maintain rated flow.
