The showpiece. The Top Gun is Cal Flame's flagship convection grill, and it is the only one in the line with a high temperature glass ceramic window in the hood, so you can watch the cook without lifting the lid and dumping all your heat. Every stainless knob is ringed with light, which is a Cal Flame exclusive and looks exactly as good after dark as you think it does.
Underneath the theater is a serious grill: five cast stainless burners, two infrared, a dedicated smoker burner, and a centrifugal fan that circulates heat uniformly through the whole cavity. Fits any Cal Flame island or barbecue cart.
