• The feature list carried on this page reads 40 CFM at 125 psi, with an unload pressure of 125 psi. Those are the figures for the 125 psi build of the same 10 HP machine.
• Separately, a flow field on the listing reads 35 CFM rather than 40 CFM, which is roughly what you would expect the same airend to deliver at the higher pressure.

Read together, that pattern looks like the 125 psi build's feature list sitting alongside the 150 psi model designation. It may well be exactly that, but a compressor is not a machine to buy on a likely reading: the pressure your tooling needs is either there or it is not. What 100% duty is worth on a 10 HP machine

These compressors are produced in Italy by Atlas Copco. The airend is rated for continuous operation — 100% duty — which is the structural difference between this and the piston compressor it usually replaces. A piston unit is rated to run for part of each hour and to rest for the remainder, and exceeding that is what cooks it. A screw compressor has no rest requirement, so you size it by how much air the shop consumes rather than by how long it is allowed to run. On a busy day that changes the machine from something you nurse to something you ignore.

Screw compressors do not need a tank to smooth out pump pulses; a rotary airend delivers continuous flow. The receiver here is doing something more useful. Leave working clearance on the panel side and the cooler side; a compressor boxed into a corner with no airflow will trip on temperature in summer no matter how well it was sized. Shipping and delivery

This travels as palletised freight within the lower 48 states, free of charge. You will need a way to get roughly 589 lbs off a truck — forklift, dock, or a terminal collection, which plenty of shops without a dock choose deliberately. A delivery to a residential address attracts a residential fee. Inspect the shipment before you sign for it: look over the tank shell, the shroud and the pallet itself, and record anything you find on the bill of lading with the driver present. That note is what makes a damage claim work later; a clean signature followed by a phone call generally does not.

Warranty

Standard cover runs 1 year. A 5 year term is available when the unit is commissioned by a factory-authorized start-up, typically billed at $350 — worth budgeting into the installation rather than treating as an extra, since it is the step that unlocks the longer term. And a warning that applies to every compressor we sell: do not open the airend, the separator housing or the control panel before a claim has been raised. A machine that has already been apart is very hard to claim on.
