At 24 lbs, this pail of ClearLake Muck Eliminator Tablets provides enough product for initial shock treatment plus a complete season of biweekly maintenance on ponds up to 2 acres. The tablets release beneficial bacteria slowly and directly at the pond floor, where organic sludge builds and causes the most harm to fish health and water quality.
Bulk Supply for Aggressive Muck Programs
An initial shock dose of 6 lbs per acre followed by 2 to 3 lbs every two weeks through the season adds up fast on larger ponds. With 24 lbs on hand, you can cover a full season on a 1-acre pond with extra product for heavier problem periods, or run maintenance on a 2-acre pond for roughly half the season. Buying at this volume also reduces cost per pound compared to smaller pails.

How to Use
Apply initial treatment (6 lbs per acre) when water temperatures reach 10°C (50°F) in spring. Follow with biweekly maintenance doses of 2 to 3 lbs per acre through fall. Distribute tablets across high-muck zones and near inflow areas. Combine with aeration for faster results on heavily loaded systems.
Ideal for farm ponds, large stormwater ponds, and recreational ponds from 1/2 acre to 2 acres with significant muck accumulation requiring season-long treatment programs.
