- Heated Platens flatten dough faster or can be used without heat for cold pressing corn tortillas.
- Top Platen swings away for easy loading & unloading of dough balls & pressed dough products.
- Full range dough thickness adjustment.
- Easy to use open and close Handle.
- Optional non-stick Xylan coated upper & lower Platens.
- Square Platens flatten dough unto all sizes up to 15” diameter or in quantities up to 4 at a time in 7” dia.
