The double-layered glass base simplifies the installation of a heat mat (sold separately), while an insulating layer of polystyrene beneath the glass base ensures efficient heat retention within the Terrainium. A large vent located at the back, along with additional vents on both sides, ensures optimal air circulation throughout the enclosure. The hinged lid opens from the top and stays open for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Storage and Shipping: HabiStat Terrainiums are now flat-packed, making them easier to store and merchandise, while also reducing home delivery costs.
