The Matala Air Discs are the superior choice for efficient aeration in wastewater treatment and beyond. Available in 9-inch or 12-inch diameters, they're designed to exacting standards for optimal performance.
- Airflow: 25-120 LPM (0.9 - 4.2 CFM), with an ideal range of 60-80 LPM (2.1 - 2.8 CFM)
- Efficient aeration: The medium-sized bubbles produced by the air pore design maximize oxygen transfer while minimizing back pressure. Less than 4 inches of water depth back pressure ensures your aeration system works effectively.
- Easy installation: The standard 3/4" male thread ensures a hassle-free connection to your feed line.
- Unmatched durability: The discs are built to last, offering very low maintenance needs. Some of our clients have used them for over 10 years without trouble – simply wash with clean water and bleach when needed.
