With its 1-minute kill time, Facility+ uses a gentle hydrogen peroxide base to clean and disinfect surfaces safely, quickly and in one single step. Facility+ is EPA approved to kill SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 and the Delta strain* on most hard, non-porous surfaces. This product is extremely versatile and can be used on aluminum, chrome, finished floors, glass surfaces, laminated surfaces, metal, mirrors, plastic, Plexiglas®, sealed concrete, stainless steel, vinyl and plastic upholstery, and more.
Facility+ is great for use in food service establishments, healthcare facilities, hospitals, schools, offices, and other public facilities. This product is approved for use with electrostatic sprayers for ultimate convenience and full coverage disinfection.
Facility+ contains hydrogen peroxide, which means this formula is also effective against Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella enterica. With its hydrogen peroxide base and 1-minute viral kill time, this product is a gentle solution to effective disinfection and virus prevention.

EPA has confirmed that variants of SARS-CoV-2, such as the Delta strain fall under the active Emerging Viral Pathogen Policy that was triggered for SARS-CoV-2 (Alpha strain) in January 2020. EPA has confirmed the Delta and other strains can be included in allowed off-label marketing for products that meet the EVP Policy requirements. EPA’s preferred convention is “SARS-CoV-2-Delta strain” to reference the variants.
