The Omcan Model 46149 Heavy-duty Electrical Meat Mixer
Effortlessly season large volumes of meat with the Omcan 180 kg (396 lb) Dual Paddle Stainless Steel Tilting Meat Mixer. Constructed out of AISI 304 stainless steel, this meat mixer will thoroughly and consistently mix meat in much less time making it perfect for butcher shops, supermarkets, and meat processing industries. This meat mixer features a 39.2 by 21.7-inch tilting tank that’s equipped with an automatic locking system and safety lock. The tank has a capacity of 180 kg (396 lb) with a minimum loading requirement of 40%. It uses two AISI 304 stainless steel mixing arms that can be easily removed for cleaning without any tools. Omcan's heavy-duty meat mixer boasts two 0.75 hp motors making the machine perfect for hard mixes and even salad. It features forward and reverse controls as well as an auto-off function. The control panel and gearbox are also completely protected against dust, dirt, and liquids.
