• The warranty is activated automatically once the reformer is received, unless you purchase it using a different name / phone / email, in which case please contact us to  activate your warranty within 14 days of delivery.

• Coverage applies to one reformer only.

• Not covered: damages caused by misuse, fire, or natural disasters.

• Cushion wear and tear is not covered, but we include free leather conditioner and cleaner to maintain long-lasting comfort.
