The PondMax O-Ring Kit for the PF750 Pressure Filter includes the full set of O-ring seals needed to reseal the PF750 filter body after cleaning, UV lamp replacement, or quartz sleeve servicing. Replacing worn O-rings prevents water leaks and air ingress that reduce filter performance.
Essential Service Kit for PF750 Maintenance
The PF750 pressure filter uses O-ring seals at the lid, UV chamber, and bulkhead connections. These seals compress and deform over multiple open-and-close service cycles, eventually allowing water to bypass the seal. The kit provides all necessary replacement O-rings for a full filter reseal, ensuring leak-free operation after annual maintenance or mid-season servicing. Compatible with the PondMax PF1000 Euro Series Pressure Filter.

How to Use
Before replacing O-rings, clean the O-ring groove and seating surface of any debris or mineral deposits. Apply a thin coat of silicone grease (not petroleum jelly) to each new O-ring before installation. Seat each O-ring fully in its groove without twisting. Reassemble and check for leaks at each connection point after restarting the pump. Replace O-rings any time the filter is disassembled for UV lamp or quartz sleeve service.
