Remii warrants that your newly purchased electric fireplace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of the first purchase, subject to the conditions and limitations contained below. Labor doesn't apply.
Refund Policy:
the return policy for Remii products states that damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to receive an authorization number and arrange for replacement or credit. Unwanted or undamaged returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.
