Dual-Zone Intelligence for Drying, Annealing, and Humidity Control

Moisture-sensitive filament can cause stringing, bubbles, rough surfaces, and inconsistent extrusion. The SUNLU S4 Pro is designed to prepare and manage multiple materials with two thermally separated chambers and independent 45-85°C temperature control. An insulated center partition reduces interference between the left and right zones, allowing different filament types to run under separate drying settings simultaneously.

Three operating modes support everyday printing and more advanced maker workflows. M01 provides timed drying for routine filament preparation. M02 maintains a controlled environment of 70-85°C for compatible functional prints that require post-print annealing. M03 provides automatic humidity management: set an activation threshold between 30% and 50% RH, and the dryer starts heating when chamber humidity reaches the selected level, then stops when humidity falls to 25%.

The S4 Pro holds up to four 1 kg spools, with space for 2 kg of filament on each side. It supports 1.75, 2.85, and 3.00 mm filament and works with a broad range of materials, including PLA, PLA Plus, PLA Meta, PETG, ABS, TPU, PA, PC, and Nylon. Filament can remain in the dryer during printing, helping reduce moisture exposure throughout longer jobs.

A 380W PTC heater balances heating efficiency with controlled operation, while the touchscreen provides centralized control of both chambers. Designed for multi-material printing, prototyping, print farms, classrooms, and maker workshops, the S4 Pro helps keep more filament prepared and ready for the next project.

For drying and annealing, always follow the filament or printed-material manufacturer's recommended temperature and duration. Confirm that the spool, printed part, and any installed components can safely withstand the selected chamber temperature.
