Dual Action Knife Sharpener

Stones edge swings clear of blade when not in use. Stones return automatically to exact original position for repeated precision sharpen ing. Pressure of the stones against the blade is regulated by simple fi nger pressure. Grinding and Honing stone can be used independently or simultaneously.

Knife & Knife Motor 

The solid blade with a hollow ground and high angle non-smear bevel is made from the fi nest stainless steel alloy obtainable with stain resistant fi nish. Knife rotates on dual bearing hub for smooth even slicing. Detachable for easy servicing.

Feed Chute& Material

Features gravity feed chute set at a 45 degree angle and large food hopper to easily handle various sizes of cheeses and meats. Carriage, gauge plate and knife cover in anodized aluminum.

Sanitary Features

Streamlined design, rounded corners plus quick disassembling without tools make thorough cleaning practical and easy.
