SainSmart TPU Filament

1. A consistent and slow feed rate is essential for successful TPU printing to ensure smooth extrusion and stable results. 2. As a hygroscopic material, TPU absorbs moisture easily. Dry in a filament drying box at 65°C for about 8 hours to improve extrusion stability, surface quality, and printing consistency. 3. A direct drive extruder is recommended for best results. Bowden systems can be used but require additional tuning and careful parameter adjustment.
