These pads come 5 to a case and should be used with a 14" x 24" red spacer pad to protect your floors as you strip. Adding this extra pad will add an extra inch of clearance in case the teeth from the pad driver start working their way through the pad. No extra attachment equipment is needed since the red pad is coarse enough to hold the pad in place.
