Replacement Impeller for the Ultra 800 G3 Pump
The Aquascape Ultra 800 Water Pump G3 Impeller Kit replaces the impeller assembly in the Ultra 800 G3 when wear or damage reduces output below the pump's rated capacity. An OEM replacement restores the 800-series rated flow without requiring a full pump replacement.

How to Use
Remove and unplug the pump. Remove the front cover and pull the existing impeller out. Insert the replacement impeller, pressing firmly until seated. Refit the front cover and reinstall the pump. Verify full flow restoration at startup.
When pump output drops below the 800 G3 rated level despite a clean intake screen and sponge, inspect the impeller. Chipped blades, calcium scale on the rotor, or wear to the impeller tip clearance all reduce output. An OEM replacement returns the pump to factory rated flow without swapping the full unit.
