Description
This Pacific Floorcare B-1500 burnisher takes floor polishing to a whole new level! Its 20" head spins at 1500 RPM to polish even the dullest of finishes to a high shine with the right pads and chemicals. This machine is made in the U.S.A., and comes with a 10 year warranty on the base, 3 years on parts, and 1 year on labor. You can feel safe and secure when ordering this machine that it will perform to the highest standards, as well as last for a long time.

The B-1500 motor is lubricated for life under normal use. No oiling or greasing is necessary. However, if the machine is used in dusty areas, the motor should be cleaned. Blowing the motor out with compressed air is suggested. Keeping the motor clean will allow the clear passage of air for ventilation and prevent overheating.

Proper belt tension is important for smooth operation and belt life. Check the belt tension and have no more than a 1/8-inch deflection. If adjustment is needed, loosen the four motor mounting bolts. Then move the motor and retighten the four motor mounting bolts.

The high speed burnisher is equipped with 3000-hour carbon brushes that are installed in the motor. A carbon brush wear indicator light will signal when a carbon brush change is required.
