Tecnospiedo is an innovative small electric rotisserie with ceramic-infrared technology that is totally designed and manufactured in Veneto (Northern Italy) where there's a huge tradition of spit-roasting meat. It is a 100% Made in Italy product that is already widely appreciated and used by several restaurants in Italy for its incredible functionality and the high quality of cooking. Meat cooked on a spit with Tecnospiedo Cooking Box is of a quality much higher than the average of other similar cooking methods, thanks to its integrated infrared ceramic technology.

Tecnospiedo Cooking Box is designed for use in the restaurant industry. Thanks to its technology and its size in fact Tecnospiedo Cooking Box can accommodate large quantities of meat and serve a high number of covers, all while maintaining a quality well above average and ensuring fast cooking times (4/5 hours when fully loaded). Estimating prices and costs in fact it is calculated that, if used when fully loaded, a restaurant pays off the investment in approximately 6/8 uses.
