This heavy duty 15 horsepower twin twist spiral mixer by Thunderbird is designed especially for heavy dough such as pizza dough and bagel dough. This machine is designed with a long lasting stainless steel 318 qt bowl that can handle 440 lbs of dough and is equipped with a plastic cover to prevent flour flow out.

The Standard warranty is 180 days for labor and 500 days for parts. There is an option to extend the labor warranty for up to and additional 2 years and the parts warranty for up to an additional 6 years.
