The Thunderbird ASP-80 Spiral Mixer
This heavy duty 7.5 horsepower spiral mixer is designed especially for heavy dough such as pizza dough and bagel dough. This machine is designed with a long lasting stainless steel 135 qt bowl that can handle 176 lbs of dough and is equipped with a plastic cover to prevent flour flow out.
- Two speed motor with timer and separate bowl drive motor.
- Bowl jog control makes for easy unloading.
- Interlocked bowl guard switch prevents operation when guard is up.

The Standard warranty is 180 days for labor and 500 days for parts. There is an option to extend the labor warranty for up to and additional 2 years and the parts warranty for up to an additional 6 years.
