ATX® Dip Barren 500 für ATX® Racks der Serie 500
Die ATX® Dip Barren 500 sind leicht, aber dennoch sehr stabil- Sie lassen sich schnell und mühelos am Rack anbringen und verstellen. Der Dip Barren ist ein viel genutztes Zubehör für jedes ATX® Rack und kompatibel mit jedem Rack mit 5 x 5 cm Pfostenmaß bei 21 mm Bohrung. Dieses Tool bietet eine Vielzahl an Übungsmöglichkeiten, ohne dabei das Budget zu sprengen. Die Griffweite ist variabel und liegt zwischen ca. 60 cm und 72 cm, bei einem Griffdurchmesser von Ø 38 mm.
Die Ergonomie ist optimal, und die Positionierung am Rack ermöglicht uneingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit. Dips sind eine fundamentale Grundübung, ganz gleich, ob als Eigengewichtsübung oder mit Zusatzgewicht ausgeführt. Dementsprechend dürfen Dip Barren in keinem (Home) Gym fehlen. Nicht nur die Trizeps-, Brust- und vordere Deltamuskulatur können Sie damit trainieren, sondern auch die Ellenbogen-, Handstrecker-, Bauch- und Beinmuskulatur.
