The Competition Heavy Flat Bench is a heavy-duty, 11-gauge steel bench for those moving serious weight. Great for the standard bench press, Bulgarian split squats, dips and other fundamental exercises. The Get RX'd Competition Heavy Flat Bench is the perfect addition to any home or commercial gym.

Competition Heavy Flat Bench also comes with an upgraded fixed handle made of aluminum and added transport wheels, making it easily mobile and great for anyone with a space concern. Move it in, move it out.

Choose one from of the three flat bench pads: (1) Hefty Flat Bench Pad, (2) Hefty-Wide Flat Bench Pad, or (3) Econ Flat Bench Pad.
