FAKRO FWU Egress windows will not only light up a room but they will also provide an easy access to the roof or way of escape in case of emergency. Fakro Egress windows can be used for added safety and functionality and/or to satisfy building codes. FAKRO Egress windows are available in two versions; right-opening, FWU-R and left-opening, FWU-L . FAKRO flashing kits, ELW and EHW are required to be eligible for FAKROs 10 year leak-proof warranty. This window requires special flashings; ELW and EHW are available for purchase separately.

Should you wish to make a return please contact sales@4us-group.com We are happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that the original cost for shipping (if applicable) is non refundable and you must cover the cost of return postage, there will also be a 30% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from your refund.

All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. Should you find any damages, this must also be noted on the delivery papers and photos taken and notify us ASAP.

In the case you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected. Should you find any damages, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours from date of delivery by emailing us at the above email address.
