Description
The FIDAB-101 Flat/Incline Bench is designed to add greater functionality and enhance your strength training workouts. Its hefty 7- and 14-gauge steel frame offers great stability for heavy bench press sessions as well as other exercises that require a solid base that won't budge (think box squats, step-ups, etc). The thick, 3-inch back pad and low-to-the-ground design provide a sturdy base that allows for optimal leg drive so you can max out with confidence.
The ergonomic padded handles make it easy to switch the back and seat angles between exercises. No hassle, no time wasted. Perform decline exercises with the addition of the optional Leg Roller Attachment and seal rows with the convenient Dumbbell Holders (sold separately). Upgraded seat covers give the bench extra grip for a non-slip surface. We've added vertical storage support to save floor space when the bench is not in use. Simply tilt the bench up and roll it away for storage.
Available in three powder coat colors: black, blue, and red.
Upright Storage
The FIDAB-101 Bench saves space when not in use. Simply lift the padded pull handle and tilt the bench up to store it vertically. When stored vertically, the bench's footprint measures only 26.8" x 18". A metal plate welded to the bench frame minimizes wobble and keeps the bench stable when stored away.
Optional Dumbbell Holders
Dumbbell holders allow you to have easy access for seal rows or use to provide an even heavier base for high-angle decline exercises.
Optional Leg Roller Attachment
An optional Leg Roller Attachment adds extra functionality to the already-versatile FIDAB-101 Bench. This attachment makes it possible to perform decline sit-ups, Russian twists, and other exercises that would normally require other accessories or extra floor space.
Handle for Transport
The FIDAB-101 Bench features a fixed handle and two transport wheels, making it easy to tilt and roll away the bench between exercises and for storage.
Wheels with Metal Guards
Two wheels located at the rear of the bench are protected by steel guards to minimize wear from heavy use. These guards also add stability when the bench is stored vertically.
3 Seat Positions
Taking adjustability a little further, the seat position can be adjusted by 3 positions for extra comfort at any position. The angles are: 0°, 10°, and 22°.
8 Back Positions from 0° to 85°
Adjust the back pad angle by moving the urethane back pad handle into the desired position, from 0 (flat) to 85° (upright). The angles from flat to upright are: 0°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 68°, 75°, and 85°.
Padded Handles for Back and Seat Adjustments
Urethane-covered handles ensure an easy grip when adjusting the back pad and seat pad angles while minimizing wear and tear from frequent use.
High Density Back and Seat Pads
The bench pads are made with ultra-high density, fully recycled foam that won't compress and lasts longer.
Non-Slip Grip Surface
An upgraded non-slip cover provides the extra grip you need for heavy bench days.
Powder Coat Finish
The frame is available is 3 powder coat colors: black, blue, and red. Powder coating adds rust resistance.
