Description
The FIDB-300 Flat/Incline/Decline Bench builds on previous models to add greater functionality and convenience to your strength training regimen. Its hefty 7- and 14-gauge steel frame offers great stability for heavy bench press sessions as well as other exercises that require a solid base that won't budge (think box squats, step-ups, etc). The thick, 3-inch back pad and low-to-the-ground design provide a sturdy base that allows for optimal leg drive so you can max out with confidence.
Easily switch the back and seat angles using the ergonomically padded handles. No hassle, no time wasted. The bench also features built-in decline functionality, allowing users to perform decline exercises without the optional Leg Roller Attachment. Upgraded seat covers give the bench extra grip for a non-slip surface. We've added vertical storage support to save floor space when the bench is not in use. Simply tilt the bench up and roll away for storage.
Available in three powder coat colors: black, blue, and red.
Upright Storage
The FIDB-300 Bench saves space when not in use. Simply lift the padded pull handle and tilt the bench up to store it vertically. When stored vertically, the bench's footprint measures only 28• x 19.9• A metal plate welded to the bench frame minimizes wobble and keeps the bench stable when stored away.
Built-In Decline Function
No additional accessories are required for decline bench pressing. Use the padded back pad handle to lower the pad into the decline position (-15°).
Optional Leg Roller Attachment
An optional Leg Roller Attachment adds extra functionality to the already-versatile FIDB-300 Bench. This attachment makes it possible to perform decline sit-ups, Russian twists, Nordic hamstring curls, and other exercises that would normally require other accessories or extra floor space.
Handle for Transport
The FIDB-300 Bench features a fixed handle and two transport wheels, making it easy to tilt and roll away the bench between exercises and for storage.
Wheels with Metal Guards
Two wheels located at the rear of the bench are protected by steel guards to minimize wear from heavy use. These guards also add stability when the bench is stored vertically.
4 Seat Positions
Taking adjustability a little further, the seat position can be adjusted by 4 positions for extra comfort at any position.
7 Back Positions from -15° to 85°
Adjust the back pad angle by moving the urethane back pad handle into the desired position, from -15° (decline) to 85° (upright).
Built-In Adjustable Foot Pad
The built-in footpad adjusts in 3 different positions to fit whatever exercise is being performed and to ensure a secure fit for anyone using the bench at every angle.
High Density Back and Seat Pads
The bench pads are made with ultra-high density, fully recycled foam that won't compress and lasts longer.
Non-Slip Grip Surface
An upgraded non-slip cover provides the extra grip you need for heavy bench days.
Powder Coat Finish
The frame is available is 3 powder coat colors: black, blue, and red. Powder coating adds rust resistance.
