The Hanger Z Squat Rack was designed with the help of seasoned athlete, Zeph Littleton. As a competitive athlete, coach, and veteran, Littleton is no stranger to hardcore workouts that require only the toughest equipment. We teamed up with Zeph to develop a convenient solution for functional training and home gyms with space limitations. The result is the Hanger Z Squat Rack.

The Hanger Z Squat Rack requires zero floor space and hangs securely from a wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted pull-up bar, such as the Delta Pull-Up Bar System or the Alpha Pull-Up Bar System. The upright posts are manufactured with the same 3" x 3" steel used in our Builder® Series racks and pull-up rigs. Each post measures 50" in useable height and features accessory holes on all four sides, giving users the ability to easily set bar holders to their preferred height for barbell squats and bench press.

Accessory holes with laser-cut numbering make it simple to add accessories for greater versatility.

The Hanger Z Squat Rack comes with 2x Builder® Rig J-Cups and is compatible with a variety of other Builder® rig accessories. Builder® j-cups are padded with UMHW plastic along 3 contact points to reduce wear on your barbells. A 2 1/4" triangle-weld support under the j-cups drastically increases weight capacity.
