Description
The 72" Hex Bar is designed to keep weight centered through the body's midline, allowing athletes to lift heavier with the Hex Bar than they would with a traditional barbell. This is due to the high reduction of stress to the lower back. The Hex Bar features two different knurled grip points that add both convenience and variety to all users who are looking to work on form and grip strength.
Its 13" loadable sleeve length can fit up to four 45LB Get RX'd Premium Bumper Plates or five 25KG Get RX'd Competition KG Plates per sleeve, so you can load up with heavy weight. The Hex Bar is commonly used for deadlifts, power pulls, and shrugs. Load up, and get to work.
Note: Due to the weight and irregular shipping dimensions, this bar ships via freight truck on a pallet. We recommend adding more items to your cart to get the best bang for your buck on shipping since the pallet can hold more equipment and it won't cost much more to ship multiple items on the same pallet.
