The Lat Pulldown Low Row Weight Stack Tower is a freestanding unit specializing in the most popular back building movements. The 26"x12" lengthened seat pad allows for low rows to be done from the comfort of the same seat as your lat pulldowns, so you can quickly change from 1 exercise to the next without needing to get up and move to the floor. We've also included aluminum pulleys throughout this unit for an extremely smooth feel. Both the low row and lat pulldown handle holders are encased with durable padding to protect the powdercoat and the cable handles. It includes a 200LB weight stack with option to add to 300LBs (with our Lat Pull Low Row 100LB Addition Weight Stack)

Its highly adjustable leg holder has 10 different positions with 9" of adjustment and 11 different positions of the foot rest allows you to comfortably find the best position for building a strong back while adding versatility. The 1" magnetic aluminum pin of the foot rest makes it quick and easy to adjust the position of the foot rest from below the seat, on the angled portion of the frame, or the flat portion of the frame. We've also included rubber feet that provide a secure and stable base. With its 200LBs weight stack (upgradeable to 300LBs), you can simply insert the weight selector pin to your lifting weight with 1:1 weight ratio.
