The Morgan Sports 20kg Boxing Bag Filling is ideal for anyone who wants to purchase a single boxing/punching bag and can be filled on your own terms at your own premises. The reason for this is due to transportation issues associated with pre-filled boxing/punching bags with freight carriers.

The rags used are sourced in Australia and come from first-grade clothing cutters located in Sydney. These rags are surplus pieces from mass production facilities and are made of a combination of materials such as Lycra, Cotton, and Fleece, depending on the season.

A guide for how much rag you need relative to the size of the bag is as below:

• 80cm - 90cm bag = 20kg of filling
• 100cm - 110cm bag = 30kg of filling
• 120cm - 140cm bag = 40kg of filling
• 150cm - 160cm bag = 50kg of filling
• 170cm + = 60kg of filling
