Mr. Spindle's Acorn Finials are one of the most popular styles of decorative wood finials available in sizes for 4" or 6" posts. The 4" Acorn has a 3-1/4" base, and measures 5-1/2" high, the 6" has a 5" base, 5-1/2" high. The 6" Acorn Finials are rounder at the top. 4" Acorn Finials are available in Cedar or Treated. 6" available in Cedar only. 4" Acorns are solid wood, 6" and larger wood finials are made by laminating layers of wood, this produces a more consistent finished product that is less likely to split and check.
