When combined with a compatible weight set, this bench allows you to develop your entire upper body. The bench rack is rated to hold up to 150 kg (330 lbs), with the user and barbell weight not to exceed 250 kg (550 lbs). It features a sturdy, rigid frame, unlike some flimsy bench press units.
