The Flight Series Plate Loaded Lat Pull-Down by American Barbell is a robust and bio-mechanically sound machine – designed for the purpose of compound training – primarily targeting the lats, while also stressing the bicep, forearms and middle back. With multiple grip positions, it allows the lifter to vary between the traditional overhand (pronated) grip pull and underhand (supinated) grip pull, which will place more emphasis on working the bicep. Single arm mechanics allow for maximum muscle isolation and activation. Equipped with an easy and tactile seat adjustment, it lets you get in the proper position quickly and safely.
