Description
The Quick Adjust QA-2 Speed Rope features a self-locking and unlocking design that makes cable adjustment a breeze, without the use of any tools. Simply press the top of the handle with your finger to shorten or lengthen the cable, then release the top so that the self-locking mechanism secures the cable at the desired length. This easy-to-use feature makes it a top choice for gyms and home gyms that might have multiple users sharing the same speed rope.
The QA-2 Speed Rope is designed with a lightweight, aluminum handle that weighs only 0.28 LBS plus a lightning quick 118" x 0.1" cable that brings the total weight to 0.37 LBS. We've added knurling to the entire straight handle to give you a secure grip while maintaining a comfortable feel.
