Description
The RX3 3000 Plate Loaded Smith Machine Rack is the perfect all-in-one Rack for a functional trainer, smith machine, and a half rack in one unit. It's made with 3"x3" uprights, 11-gauge steel, and 1" holes in order to allow the greatest number of attachment options and offer a fully modular setup. The dual pulley design on each upright provides a wide range of exercise options as well as the ability to change from 2:1 or 1:1 ratio by using 1 or both handles. We're also including a smith machine that further allows you to isolate targeted muscles while keeping safety and simplicity in mind. 2 Included RX3 J-Cups allows the front uprights to be used as a half rack with your barbell.
