The RX3 3000 Smith Machine Rack is the perfect all-in-one Rack for a functional trainer, smith machine, and a half rack in one unit. It features the ability for both 2:1 and 1:1 weight ratios per upright, which allows you to start at a lower starting weight, increase in 5LB increments, and utilize the full 2x 200LB stack per side.

Now featuring our?updated Smith Machine?with?improved range of motion, this latest model delivers our most advanced design yet. At its lowest point, the Smith Machine sits?only 6.8" higher than a loaded barbell, so you can perform deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), and other lifts with nearly the same depth and feel as free weights. Something many traditional smith machines can't match.

We've also?raised the storage position of the smith bar to 6'6". This added height provides more overhead space, making it easier and more comfortable for taller users during training sessions.

The?new removable safety stopper?works like a J-cup: keep it on for extra safety during heavy lifts or remove it completely to unlock the full depth and freedom of movement when you want maximum control.
