DEDICATED LAT PULLDOWN & LOW ROW

The integrated lat pulldown and seated low row share a single centrally located weight stack operating at a true 1:1 ratio, allowing you to use the full stack for heavier exercises while making weight adjustments quick and simple. Whether you're building strength with heavy rows or chasing hypertrophy with controlled pulldowns, both stations are always ready without repositioning the Tornado Arms.

TORNADO PIVOT ARMS

Our patent-pending Tornado Pivot Arms dramatically expand what's possible beyond traditional cable systems. Each arm rotates vertically and horizontally, giving you complete freedom to position the cable exactly where your exercise demands it. Perform cable flys, lateral raises, curls, triceps work, face pulls, shoulder presses, rotational movements and much more. With 2:1 resistance, movements remain exceptionally smooth while offering smaller weight increments and longer cable travel.

EXPANDABLE WEIGHT STACK

The included 200 lb weight stack provides ample resistance for everyday training while remaining upgradeable to 250 lb with our optional 50 lb Weight Stack Addition Kit. As your strength grows, your machine grows with you.

OPTIONAL SMITH MACHINE

Our latest Smith Machine design offers one of the industry's lowest starting positions. At its lowest point, the Smith Bar sits only 6.8" higher than a loaded Olympic barbell, allowing deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, shrugs, and other lifts with nearly free-weight depth. We've also raised the storage position to 6'6" for additional overhead clearance and introduced removable safety stoppers that function like J-Cups, allowing users to choose between added safety or maximum range of motion.

NOW INCLUDED: TORNADO TROLLEY 2.0

Tornado Trolley 2.0 is our newest and most refined trolley design, now included standard with all RX3 Tornado Vortex Racks. It features 4 built-in rollers per Tornado Arm, a redesigned, tighter-tolerance housing for smoother travel along the uprights, and an updated grooved front roller that improves cable tracking during movement. This grooved roller helps keep the cable aligned more consistently, reducing friction and delivering a smoother, more controlled feel throughout the range of motion. The trolley also includes a protection bracket that prevents the rollers from making contact with rack bolts or crossmembers during adjustments. With the Tornado Trolley 2.0, you get the smoothest glide, easiest adjustments, and most premium movement experience available on the Tornado Arms.
