The Safety Squat Yoke Bar has been redesigned to feature an offset angle between the handles and the sleeves. The previous iteration of this bar placed the handles and sleeves on the same plane. Now, the handles are angled compared to where the plates are held, thereby keeping the load on the centerline of your body when squatting while the handles stay in position on your shoulders.
