Description
Retards migration of snow and ice beneath crossmembers. Optional with user discretion but recommended on seam heights of 2” and greater. SnoClip is assembled to crossmember during installation.
Usually only required on the bottom row of ColorGard, the SnoClip features a rubber foot that prevents scratching or damage to the roof panels surface. The SnoClip must be slipped onto the ColorGard cross member during assembly. One (1) SnoClip is recommended per roof panel.
SnoClip II fits roof panels with rib (seam) heights between 1" and 1-3/4". It may also be used on 2" vertical seamed panels, but not on 2" horizontally seamed panels.

S-5! offers two main warranties: a Lifetime Product Defect Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship, and a System Performance Warranty for the ColorGard® Snow Retention system, which is unique in the snow guard market and has a term of 30 years or the life of the roof, whichever comes first. The Product Defect Warranty has been extended to a lifetime term based on their long history of minimal claims and their products designed to outlast the roofs they are mounted on.
