However if you want to keep it simple the console also provides a range of quick select pre loaded programmes. Another plus if you are a serious cyclist is the 40 levels of resistance, double what most exercise bikes offer and when you include the heavy 14kg flywheel you are guaranteed the pedalling action will remain smooth throughout the full range of resistance. The drive train consists of a Poly-V-Belt with Self-Tensioner, again adding to the bikes smooth and quiet pedalling action.
