Built off the success of The Shorty Bar, The Longy Bar was designed to maximize the width of your lat pulldowns, seated rows and landmine rows.
With a wider design than the Shorty Bar, the Longy Bar provides ample space for a comfortable and secure grip, allowing you to work on your upper body strength without any compromise. Using variable grip d-handle bars that allow you to attach the handles of your choice, it a versatile tool that can adapt to your specific workout needs. You can also use the the D-Grips (optional) to use the Longy Bar in a fashion similar to a standard lat pulldown bar. The D-Grips are easily installed/removed and made of a flexible TPU material. By flipping The Longy Bar, you can also use your single attachment accessories for landmine work.
