Super Crack Roach is a medium heavy ground bait that is full of particles that silver fish love such as crushed roasted hemp, crushed Tare, Coriander, Molasses and other herbs.
Ideal for slow to medium rivers like the river Soar. Add Special or Super Lake to lighten the mix for canals.

By adding damp leam to a slightly over wet mix you can also create a heavier groundbait for flowing water and deeper swims that will still break up.
