The 105LB WBD Sled makes it quick and easy to mix things up. Work out your hamstrings, quads, and core as you push through turf. Challenge your grip and balance while you wheel away pounds and pounds of weight.

To convert your sled into a wheelbarrow sled, simply remove the posts and insert them through the holes at the sled's base. Add a plate to the front of the sled and lock it in place with an axle collar (2.5• diameter). Stack your plates, tighten your grip, and go!

Attach a rope or shoulder strap to use like a traditional dog sled.
